Brighton fashion label ‘Pretty Vacant’ commisioned us to shoot their new lookbook for SS18. They wanted a Brighton feel to the shots with a vintage 60’s edge. Working with Simon and Mhoraig from Vacant and the lovely Isabella modelling for us. The shoot was a whistle stop tour of Brighton and Hove using locations around the city. It was pacy and fluid and took a mere 5 hours from the first shot to last capturing 15 different frocks and assisted by Saul Bazley working the reflector to maximum effect.
The photography was needed for the upcoming trade shows at Pure in London and across Europe for the sales agents. The brief was to shoot images that had a strong Brighton feel without using cliched locations, to feel summery and bright, positive and relaxed.
