Getting good images of your work for your website is essential if you want people to see what you can do. SDI commisioned me produce some office interior photography of a recent fit-out at a Brighton charity. There was no impact from the photography on their workday, I was able to shoot discreetly showing the space in use, well laid out and looking like a modern working environment.
