Strong images of your staff are a very powerful way to recruit new people. 5 brave people from Brighton and Hove Buses and Metrobus workforce volunteered to take part in a recent campaign to recruit new bus drivers. The campaign is based around showing that people aren’t defined by their job alone. The shoot was here at our studio, carefully lit against a dark background. Each person is shown dressed in the clothes that they might wear for one of their interests outside of the bus company. They are looking positive, happy, engaged and proud of who they are.
